General Updates Dan Fiala
Building is scheduled to dry in by the end of February. Dan has asked the City to come up with a Plan B. in case the schedule slips due to weather. The building and/or space needed for construction access will encroach on the space on Camdens 3rd base foul line.
Commissioners have been given permission to manage the lights on their specific fields during the off season.
New Business
Golf tournament Update March 29 @ noon Twin Creeks Country Club. Entry forms will also be available at walk up registration. Goal is 100 people and/or $12K.
Need sponsors for the goody bags
Discussion about website organization and/or new look and feel.
Glen will work with John Broadway on the sandbox environment to allow the board for feedback prior to moving to production. Generally, the board likes the idea of categorizing Baseball, softball, and Select baseball.
