Hello [NAME],
CPYL Nation:
We received reports on Tuesday night of parents drinking beer in the parking lot.
Every parent who has a child in this league signed the No Tolerance Policy which clearly states:
q I understand the following items/actions are not tolerated at CPYL or CPYL sponsored activities:
o Alcoholic products
o Smoking
o Use of profanity
o Use of unsportsmanlike comments towards managers, coaches, umpires, parents and children
o Any player chatter that is disruptive to the players in the field; this is an umpire’s judgment call
o Yelling at, threatening or physically attacking a league official, umpire, manager, coach, parent or child
o Entering the field of play or dugout without permission of the manager, umpire or league official
o Mistreatment of LCP property or facilities to include equipment, fields and buildings
o Dogs are not allowed in the park (even if on a leash)
o No Skateboards, bikes, scooters, etc may be ridden in the park
o No unauthorized motor vehicles are allowed in the park.
Please understand, we are trying to provide a safe and fun environment for your kids to enjoy their baseball/softball experience.
Any parent caught drinking alcohol on CPYL property during a sponsored activity (this includes sitting in the parking lot before/after league games) will be asked to leave the premises immediately and will face possible suspension from further league activities. Failure to leave the property after being asked may result in the BMOD calling the police for assistance.
Thank you.
Brian P. Naab
CPYL President
