Hello [NAME],

In relation to the confusion with the tournament brackets this past weekend, the board is investigating all that occurred.  We will conduct a pos-mortem and follow up with what happened, how the issues could have been averted, and what we will do to correct any such issues for the remainder of the tournaments this spring.

In relation to the CPYL night at RR Express.  Please remind your manager that we need the form and $$ turned into the concession stand by March 15, 2009.  There will be a folder in the concession stand titled RR Express to hold the forms.
